I am so upset with this store in fort Payne. Not only is this store not on point. The wait to get helped is ridiculous. Just like trying to get propane. Unbelievable. Very problematic. Not to mention I will drive the extra 35 minutes out of my way to the tractor supply in centre, Al. Not only is their customer service respectful and very pleasant. The interaction with the store employees AT the CENTRE, Al tractor supply. I chose to come here again ( not only bc the drive isn’t that fair. But bc I wanted to give them another chance) I will continue to not only promote the business for Centre, Al. I will be letting majority of others know how I unprofessional and how ridiculous this one is. From terrible customer all the way to not having at least an extra person. I will be calling corporate

Went there 2 times to buy propane. 1st time there was nobody there qualified to operate the refill and the second time I was informed that they do not sell propane after 1pm. Customer service was terrible and I wont spend another dollar at that location.

Be sure to call and ask if anyone is available to fill propane tanks before you go. otherwise you're likely wasting your time.

The Fort Payne Alabama store is remarkable. The employees are super nice and always willing to assist you in finding what you came for. The store is well managed and maintained. They always offer the best prices on all your farm and animal products. I strongly recommend you always buy from Tractor Supply. You will never be disappointed.

Clay is a very good employee. He dropped what he was doing and came right over to help us. He opened and/or took down every boxed item we wanted to compare. Never lost his composure, he was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with during our visit to this store.
