TRUCKERS: TSC STORE 1273 AT 119 ATCHISON DRIVE CHELSEA AL. AT STOPLIGHT TURN NORTH ONTO CHESSER DR, THEN LEFT ONTO ATCHISON DR THEN LEFT TURN INTO TSC PARKING LOT. TAKE IMMEDIATE RIGHT ON RHS OF TSC CCW TO PLATFORM DOCK IN BACK FACING LHS OF TSC. BEFORE BACKUP TO PLATFORM DOCK MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD FOR WIGGLE ROOM LINING UP. THERES A SHORT STONE WALL IN BACK. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULLY FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING BACK OF STORE.
Very helpful staff. Went there today and they loaded heavy bags of horse feed for me-I didn’t even have to ask them. A few times they have been short staffed but I have always had a good shopping experience there.
The two employees working closing shift 8-14-25 have the worst unprofessional attitude I’ve ever seen. Zero customer service, Zero product knowledge and the bathrooms absolutely disgusting.
Bought my dog food even had a coupon to use. If you haven't been to Tractor Supply you should go. They have a little bit of everything and great prices also such nice folks! Love these stores!!
Horrible customer service! Walked into the store and the cashier at the front looked at me and didn’t utter a single word. Was not offered help whatsoever. Very unprofessional and horrible first impression being this is my first time visiting this store. I will not recommend nor be returning!
