I’m appalled and concerned! Went in to my local Tractor Supply store to see if they had any more kitty pools or some type of basin to wash my dog in . Decided to go out side in there lot to look around , what I found was multiple pallets of animal food, mostly dog and cat food sitting in 100 degree heat under the blazing hot sun! I’m disturbed to think that a store that sells animal food can let 10+ pallets of dry bags of dog and cat food out to spoil in 100 degree weather and then sell it to there costumers. To those who buy there pets food here I would be really worried to give any of there food to your animals.

Today, 12/18/2025, I went to this store around 2:05pm and waited in line like everyone else. When it was my turn, I expected to be served, confirming that it was indeed my turn. The cashier, an older woman, turned, looked at me, and started laughing, saying she couldn't help me pick up my order because there were too many people waiting in line and they were short-staffed that day. She seemed annoyed because of the lack of employees. I told her to take things calmly and serve everyone in line one by one, and that it was currently my turn. I told her to do whatever she needed to do to serve each customer in line. She basically said no, that she would serve me when the line was finished. Today's visit was to🛒 purchase a yard hat🤠, sunglasses😎 and twine for my weed eater. decided to go on a little more of a tour and really enjoyed what I found today. People were as helpful as always including that short woman who can't seem to smile to save her life.😉 In the end bought a sprayer, some vegetation killer, yard hat, and a package of hooks for my calendars. This is really a great place to shop. It's like a Walmart and home Depot love child but on a mini scale. If that make sense to you. LMBO😂🤣😜

Recently went to pick up and order, ‘curbside’. I called the number like normal. Whoever answered and helped me, obnoxiously kept saying my last name wrong. When he could have simply used my first name. It was obvious he was doing it on purpose. Not to mention he hung up the phone, and proceeded to walk out with my items and mention that “I could have gone inside to pick up my order the doors are always open” in a Very condescending tone. Never had an issue with calling for my order and a staff member coming to bring it out?! Isn’t that the point of a curbside pickup?. He overall needs to be trained on how to talk to customers appropriately. Very unprofessional and an unpleasant encounter. Seems like it bothered him to HAVE TO DO HIS JOB. My stomach hurts really bad. I’d give this place 4 stars any other day due to pants ripping easily and tad high on the pricing, but what really did it was the beef jerky I bought off their little Iowa Jerky cart. I should’ve known it was poorly stored. It’s hit by the sun multiple hours of the day, and yet I still chose to eat it. Not even an hour after I ate it, I passed out in the shower for around 3 minutes, woke up extremely dizzy, and threw it all back up. I’ve been food poisoned before, and that was it. I’m still food poisoned as I’m typing this up. I know it was the jerky because it was the first, only, and now last thing I’ll eat today.
