I've been to many different tractor supply companies across the country. And I have to say this store in particular encompasses what tractor supply core values is about and helpfulness and community driven I would recommend this store to anybody who needs a local family friendly helpful store to help them with their farm and ranch supplies

For 2 months I've had issues with applications and anything om phone. They said it all must be done online so it won't be lost. But it got lost 3 times. Which is dumb. Also. Guys on phone josh and David, super super disrespectful. I had an issue and they started complaining about having to actually do something about it. They thought I couldn't hear them, but they were insulting me to other employees with me on phone. Shame on you guys. Shame

I am making a point to post a review on behalf of myself and the 4 other "older" people in line (because we normally don't) Travis, at the Billings Heights store, is an Exceptional (go above and beyond) employee!!! The store was packed, the line wound back through the store, and he was the only person helping customers (from the register position) he was very friendly and helpful!! we were there approx 20 min and it appeared nobody else worked there...there was no one else working the floor, anywhere to be found, not a manager an asst mgr or even another employee. I hope Tractor Supply values this employee as much as, we the customers, do. PS: maybe you might consider hiring a few more employees that believe in good old fashion "customer service" like Travis does!

Customer service isn’t good. Went in looking for a battery for someone else and Melanie was no help. I was trying to find the right replacement battery and she said “I don’t know how to help” because I couldn’t tell if it was the right battery

Very pleased with our interaction with Tractor Supply in the heights today! We first called with a question which was promptly and kindly answered by team lead Lia, and our purchase that followed was smooth sailing thanks to store manager Bailey. Tractor Supply, those two gals deserve a kudos! We will definitely be visiting again.
