***THIS IS NOT A REVIEW AGAINST THE VET CLINIC. THIS IS ABOUT THE ANSWERING SERVICE THEY CONTRACT. THE VET HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG AND I WILL DELETE THIS UPON SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. I'M SURE BASED ON WHAT EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID THAT THEY ARE A GOOD AND CARING PLACE FOR YOUR ANIMALS*** I called today and reached someone who identified themselves as Town and Country Vet. It was not the very though it was an a wrong service. I told them my cat was dying and I needed someone ASAP. They said okay, took a bunch of info, then eventually gave me the number to the on call Vet. My brother was already in the car rushing to their office bc i specifically asked the answering service, before I knew they were not the Vet, if they had someone available right now for an emergency and they said yes. No waiting, very personable, my Sadie Ann loved the vet and the tech. Prices were reasonable. They actually have a sense of humor here. Took the time to get to know me and Sadie.

I called Monday for the Vet to come out. Receptionist took message. I called back Tuesday and spoke with receptionist and she said she would try to get me on the schedule for Wednesday. I didn't receive a call Wednesday so I call back and was told that Dr. Horton had truck problems and it might be next week. Now after expecting an appointment on Wednesday or Thursday I have to find another Vet. Very disappointed in the communication or lack thereof.

Supposedly 24hr emergency vet clinic. I called because my dog Camo got into something and idk what it was. But needless to say extremely worried. Took down all the information and i guess because i didnt have the 100 or so dollars to cover the up front fee the Dr. Didnt call me back.
