This is a very different, in a good way, place to get vet care. Many many years ago I had my pets there but felt rushed out and left with questions. Compassion is what has changed, that I can see, and to be honest, feel. My pets aren't afraid to go there and with both having ongoing medical problems we go frequently. The vet listens to me and understands our situation, she also LOVES animals. Everyone there does! When we walk in the ladies at the desk yell out "Oliver!" And if they can, they come out and greet him. The prices are moderate, as with everything they have gone up, but not that much. Overall, very happy with the care we are getting!💜

My experience with this office last week was amazing! I dread taking my dog to the vet. We were welcomed by the office staff and my dog got a few pets which made her more comfortable. The vet tech was awesome with my dog and knowledgeable. Dr Bean was great with my dog. I felt he listened to me and wasn’t rushed. He was filling in. I was assured the full time vet is equally as good. The office smelled and looked clean! I’ve had to call twice since with a couple of questions and the phone got answered right away and staff member found out the answers to my questions. Very please with them. I am going to bring my puppy there too.

Unfortunately having to change my review. This is for the Potsdam office. We brought our cat in for a rabies booster and concerns about her heat cycle. Firstly, the vet did not seem compassionate toward our cat at ALL. Calling her "grumpy" the entire visit. She is a very calm cat at home but, like most cats, doesn't appreciate being in a clinical setting so naturally she was defensive. She came in to give her the booster and threw a towel over her like she was some kind of rabid, wild animal and acted shocked when she flipped out. My husband had to hold her still because after having a towel thrown on her she was NOT happy. She didn't even mention anything about her lack of heat cycle or our concerns about that and seemed irritated by my cat simply acting like a cat🙄 no testing or anything
