There is so much good to be said about this place. I genuinely look forward to bringing my kittens here. The vets and technicians are just so kind and patient and the part that I appreciate the most is that they take the time to explain what your options are. They also do whatever they can to work you into the schedule if you need to get in. I have not had a single bad experience here. The empathetic care that they give both to you and to your pets is very wonderful.

We had a scare with my German Shepherd, Benny, early Thursday morning, and I took him to the emergency animal hospital in Fargo. He was there for more than 30 hours, they could not get him in to be evaluated because there were so many more serious cases in front of him. Once they got him stabilized, I brought him home, and contacted Town and Country (Dr. Bergin is his primary care professional.) From the initial call, Patty was fantastic. She had me bring him right in. Mariah greeted him and he immediately remembered her and was excited to see her. Dr. Bergin was able to see him right away, and after blood work, she was able to make a diagnosis, and get him on the right meds. All of this happened in a matter of a few hours. Everyone was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We felt right at home and our new puppy was at ease the entire time. He loved all of the compliments he received, too.

The ladies at Town & Country Animal Clinic could not have been more sweet and kind to our little puppy/ dog Jolie. Jolie had got a lure hook in her mouth the night before and we had luckily been able to cut it off but a very small piece with the bad hook end was still stuck in her lip. They were so very kind to squeeze her in right away yesterday morning, because we didn’t want it to get infected. We picked her up a couple hours later and she was her happy and lively self. Dr. Bergin was so wonderful and called me to tell me that she had made sure it was out and gave us meds. The whole staff was wonderful. The cost was super reasonable.
