Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a veterinary clinic. Even though I have moved 60 miles away I have continued to bring my pet to this facility. Made an appointment last week to come for the checkup, shots and have a cyst removed. The appointment was set for 8 AM, first appointment of the day. Had to leave home at 6:45 am and drove all the way down from Port St. Lucie, brought her in at 8 AM and was told they would call me when she was done. I called 3 hours later to inquire as to what time she might be done as was told that Dr Anna had not looked at her yet. When I asked why, the male vet assistant said to me that anyone who brings in their pet before 9:00 am is considered a drop off “walk in” and that the dog would not be looked at until after all the ot

Anna is wonderful. She treats you like a friend and not just a patient, and she takes care of our animals as if they were her own. And let's talk about the girls who help her run the show...they are absolutely amazing as well. Accommodating isn't even the word. They go above and beyond. Because of that I will NEVER go to another vet again...EVER! I absolutely love you all 🤗🐾🫶

Dr. Anna took amazing care of my baby bull terrier! He had a pretty severe skin condition and she gave him medication, recommended a different food choice, and he got so much better literally within a week!!! i went to several other vets that seemed to just want to give him a shot for allergies. Dr. Anna and her staff really care about their patients and aren't just out for a payday. If you CARE for your animals, BRING THEM HERE!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff! Affordable and easy scheduling and access to practice facilities! My dog had a wonderful experience with his surgery:-)

Heart breaking experience ! Do not recommend, think twice. We brought our beloved cat to this vet after noticing he was suffering from a serious health issue. Despite repeated visits and pleas for a thorough examination, the vet consistently downplayed the severity of his condition and refused to provide a proper diagnosis and then actually misdiagnosed. My poor cat Ballou endured prolonged suffering due to this neglect. Eventually, my cat’s health deteriorated beyond recovery, and he passed away, leaving me devastated. I trusted this vet with my pet's life, but I was met with unprofessionalism, lack of empathy, and a refusal to take his symptoms seriously.
