I’ve consistently had wonderful experiences at Town & Country. I have found that they take my concerns about pet’s health seriously and always do their due diligence to understand their health and needs- even when I’ve been brushed off by other vets. I’ve also never once felt pressured into doing an unnecessary procedure, or indeed anything that was not in my pet’s best interest. The from the techs and the veterinary doctors are clearly motivated by a love for pets and a passion for their care. I can feel the kindness and compassion radiating off them during my visits, even though I don’t have the most cooperative pets in the world, haha. I’ve experienced everything from routine health checkups to emergencies to end of life care, and Town and Country has provided top quality service every

Grateful rates, nice staff. Do mail order medications through VetSource! Surgery was 1/2 the cost VCA quoted us.

Town and Country staff were so kind when we brought in our 13 yo pup with worsening cancer symptoms to cross the rainbow bridge. The vet tech was amazing and so compassionate, understanding our grief, offering squeeze cheese for some end of life joy for our girl, clearly explaining the process - everything went as well as it could go. I hope to have Town & Country as our vet for many years.

Unaffordable now. I have been going to this vet office for 4 years now for my geriatric cat to get thyroid medication. I started going because they were the only people I could afford to get her yearly blood work done for, and came highly recommended from my community. Now they have chanced policy unnoticed and are wanting me to come in twice a year, and didn't inform me until after her medication ran out. Now I have to find 400 dollars twice a year for geriatric blood work. Thanks! Very affordable! They have effectively priced me out of the care I need to keep my cat happy and healthy despite years of her being perfectly fine on the medications.

Debbie at the front desk, needs to be fired! She has the WORST tone over the phone along with not being a nice person, she is far from kind and the most rude female i've ever spoken to, in my entire life. First she thought i was calling to try and sell her something and right after hung up without letting me finish or a goodbye. I called back because my boss told me to do so, i did and she put me on hold again? before answering with a ugly tone after, proving she is not a good person by heart, nor will she be around for long. (once A.I finally takes over) Debbie is not anything important behind a desk and keyboard. (Amy, Mark and Olivia is the names that she played professional on giving us, assuming that we wanted the names after getting her name?) My question was to speck to an actual IM
