Torpedo K9

We were looking for a place to train our 6 month old English Springer Spaniel/Australian Cattle Dog. We had looked at several and spoke with several and after speaking with TorpedoK9 train an board we felt like this was the right place for our dog Dakota. TorpedoK9 wasn't the closest place to us they were about an 1 1/2 hours away. But it was well worth it and after the training was all done and the time they spent with us at the go home going over everything very thorough to make sure we were comfortable and confident. Torpedo K9 is definitely the way to go!!!! I have a mastif/ridgeback mix who is 140lbs and he was very reactive to dogs and sometimes to much to control for my wife and I. When looking for a company to train Orion there was so much information out there I was a little lost on where to start. Nate and Linda were very informative and always available to answer any questions we had so we decided to do the 4 week board ant train and let me tell you, when we picked Orion up it was amazing to see how much he had changed for the good. Orion learned sit, stay, place and come with out issue. From the beginning they were very informative of the program and how it works. We were kept updated throughout the 3 weeks, so we were able to see Luna’s progression in her training… this was fabulous! Their passion for dogs and training is quite evident and they want the owner to learn as much as the dog does. Highly recommend Torpedo K9 for obedience board and train. They are very knowledgeable and ensure to individualize training to meet the needs of the owner and dog. They really helped educate myself on how to properly and safely operate the e-collar. Nathan and Linda really took the time to answer any questions and ensure that I felt 100% comfortable with all the commands and leash walking before taking my pup home. I believe their training really helped bring out the best in my pup. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Torpedo K-9 to friends and family.

Nathan and Linda are amazing. They took our rambunctious seven-month-old puppy and when we were reunited three weeks later, he was the same, sweet boy, but a well-behaved, perfect gentlemen. It turns out he just loves having a job! We're now very comfortable having him off-leash outside and around guests and his ability to self-regulate (with proper exercise) is a game changer.
