We had a fantastic experience! My 11-year-old male dog is usually very anxious and has even needed sedation before, but the staff here was wonderful at putting him at ease. He did great! I also appreciate the staff's recommendation to bring my 7-year-old female dog in separately. That advice alone made the visit so much smoother than our old vet trips where I struggled with both dogs at once. Highly recommend this thoughtful and caring clinic!
Friendly and professional. Communication is first rate, prices aren't sky high (like some others in the area) and all costs are explained up front. I feel like my dog is in good hands. Oh, and Owen (one of the resident cats) is adorable. Edit to add: I just had the worst kind of vet appointment you'll ever have. Everyone here were kind, professional and supportive throughout. Goodbye Molly, you'll be sorely missed 💔
I am so thankful for Torch Lake Vet, Dr. Alejandro and Dr. Waffle along with the rest of the staff!! We take all 3 of our dogs to them and they are always caring and helpful! Most thankful for the recent treatment of our Tanner and removal of his cancer and giving our boy a longer life! We are forever grateful!

At our first appointment with our dog she stated, "Look at these dewclaws, they look like they are about to fall right off." She then told me not to worry about getting them removed because when she neuters him they will take them off. We set a date for my puppy when he is 8 months old to be neutered. A day after he was neutered and at home recovering I noticed that he still has his dewclaws.I called the vet before they closed 4 times and the first time I left a voicemail requesting someone call me back. On my fourth call the receptionist talked to me and was ex
No matter how difficult a pet you have, they can get their nails cut here! I sure appreciate the dedication from the staff.
