When my husband dropped off our Great Pyrenees he informed the groomer that she had severe anxiety and showed pictures of how we like her cut (typical cut for her breed is what we prefer. Nothing special). Gloria did not show my dog any attention and immediately took her to the back and placed her in a crate. Gloria called me later, leaving a voicemail to inform me that our dog wasn’t cooperating on the table, but she would try her best. About 30 minutes later, she called again to say the grooming was done. It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed today and they were so patient with her. Shelby is a real crazy pup, she hardly likes the touch of water. I am surprised of the amazing service done to my girl. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!
