be aware they don't have prescription foods. only big chain stores carry them. I wouldn't recommend engaging with them in conversation about any conditions your pet has or nutrition. this place may be convenient for you if you use natural or boutique type foods. however they said some very scary things to me when I talked to them about my cat with kidney disease. they tried to sell me a $30 bottle of herbal liquid the ingredients of which, none are known to be even remotely helpful to kidneys, and contained citrus which is actually toxic to cats. tried to tell me to not give him his medications or prescription foods, calling them "junk", and expensive, (like the fancy foods they sell here aren't the same amount of $ or more), that I should feed him what he likes. well, he liked junk, far w

Very helpful, much better then the big box stores with their useless employees that don't help. If you go to Tony's he will help and explain everything and only sell you what's needed and no extra stuff to make more money. He even threw in a free bag of cat treats when I was checking out. Also very clean and smells good for a pet store.

The store isn’t the largest but just the rite size to have a great selection of products and brands. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated him explaining everything he knew about certain products and greeting me to the store as it was my first time. Primarily rating 5 stars because of great service and prices were best for the products I purchased anywhere else you can find. Gave me a discount for being a new customer and a free chew. I appreciated the experience as a whole and will be coming back again.

Tony's is awesome. They have a new store that has most every pet supply you could ever need. Very knowledgeable of pet needs and extremely friendly. Price is always good and they will even deliver. I highly recommend going.

Tony dropped everything to be able to help my 3 kitties. I found out the Natural Balance cat food was being discontinued in 50%+ Petsmarts and Petcos. I learned that Tony’s Pet Oasis was one of 2 places near me that would be selling this product. I messaged them on Facebook and explained my situation. I went in store a few days later and Tony sat with me and ordered all of the flavors my cats eat for me. He got them in so quickly and messaged me on Facebook when they were in store and ready. He now sells them on his shelves. He literally made my life so much easier and I don’t need to worry right now. Thank you Tony and team!
