This local business is honest and attentive to customer needs. Kit was very helpful in recommending appropriate flooring for our situation and budget. We sought further advice when Matt and Ron measured, and they didn't try to up-sell; in fact, they advised against a higher price carpet. Juan's installation team did a wonderful job, periodically checking with us about our satisfaction, resolving a problem created by a previous installation, thoroughly cleaning afterwards, and completing 4 rooms, hall, and stairs in one day. We're satisfied with the process and happy with the results.

The worst people I have ever met in my entire life. Slum lords. Kicked out my bf because they wanted to find someone who would pay more in rent and harassed him for months over something that wasn't happening. They will scam you. Unethical business practices. Do NOT come here they will take advantage of you. They tried to not give him his security deposit back without any reason other than they are money hungry evil people. The owner got in my face and started screaming at me out of nowhere when I tried to calmly have a conversation, in front of customers. Screamed and cussed at me in front of a 10 year old girl. Truly terrible people. Could not recommend any less for real. Be warned.

The guys did a great job with helping me choose the right kind of carpet for my new installation project. They kept to their timeline and was reasonable with pricing. Would recommend!
