Toad Ranch: love em! Best experience I’ve ever had with a small business online company. I purchased a 6x2.5x2 teak front enclosure with castor base and hood cover from TR on July 11. This is after getting to know the company through Daniel, who maintained correspondence with me throughout the process before purchase, during the build, and after delivery. Having been burned by Custom Reptile Habitats/Maximum Reprile last year for $2,557, I was not giving my money to anyone ever again till I got to know them. Though the owners/founders of TR were out of town, they were well represented by Daniel. The promise is delivery 10-12 weeks. They delivered closer to the ten week time frame. From start to finish, the folks at TR were wonderful to work with. I received a GORGEOUS, high quality enclosure that is not only functional but beautiful. With their assistance I was able to create a fully customized enclosure for my ball python, complete with a matching canopy and cabinet stand. Since this will be my girl’s forever home I wanted to make sure it would be right. TR was very quick to respond to my (many) emails and answered my questions with professionalism and courtesy. I received my new enclosure within the timeframe given and the enclosure itself was wrapped very carefully and shipped nicely, no damage at all. All the hardware came with. I ordered a 4'x2'x2' quick ship enclosure. I also ordered a fan and some vent covers. When the tank arrived the vent covers were broken so I reached out to get replacements, Toad Ranch was very quick to respond and send replacements free of charge. The tank itself was easy to set up, you can use a drill or put the screws in by hand, the instructions are well written and easy to understand. It's likely the sturdiest piece of furniture in my home. Yes it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. If your snake is going to grow you might as well buy one tank and be done with it, over its lifetime you will likely spend the same amount on upgrades. Overall a beautiful enclosure and hopefully something that lasts for my snakes life, she loves it!

Bit of a long review incoming, but I hope to convince anybody who was having difficulty deciding: I spent a lot of time researching different PVC enclosures to upgrade my Blue Tongue Skink in. I ultimately landed on Toad Ranch and could not be happier! I went with their BC60 model, which is 5ft x 2ft x 2ft. Jared and Denni were attentive to questions over email, friendly, and helpful. Good customer service really goes a long way, when you're investing a decent amount of money in something, it's nice to know that the people running the company are great people. Their website is easy to navigate with plenty of options for customizing. Everything that I have gotten from them has been excellent! They have supplied 4 complete setups for my animals, and still counting. I will not go anywhere else for my equipment. I look forward to doing business again in the near future. Thank you once again Toad Ranch
