Dr. Andi and the entire TLC team are absolutely amazing! I genuinely look forward to our annual vet exams because of the exceptional care they provide every single time. Visiting with the resident clinic cats is always a delightful bonus as well. Outstanding veterinary care, and I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful local vet right here in Palouse. Dr. Andi and the team were so incredibly kind and welcoming. They were gentle and proficient in their animal handling and were willing to look further into my dog's medical concerns when the diagnosis was not immediately obvious. Overall, the clinic is clearly geared towards animal comfort and stress mitigation (including a "cat highway," fish tank, and other stress reduction features for cat patients).

I have taken many cats to Dr. Andy over the years. She is a very knowledgeable and caring DVM. Her care team are always up to date on my cat's information and they always go the extra mile to be helpful and keep me informed. My most recent visit involved a stray cat who had an infected eye with a swollen mass. Things became complicated with a chip that was registered to a past owner. Many phone calls were made by all of us!

TLC Animal Care is amazing. We were treated so kindly. The care our pup received was above and beyond. I appreciated the time they took with us to make sure our concerns were addressed. The pricing was very reasonable. For our first time at the clinic we felt like we had been a customer for years. Also the Office Cat is the sweetest little cat I have ever met. We will be patrons for as long as we have pets. This place is one more reason to love Palouse!

Our 1st visit to TLC Vet Clinic. Very impressed from start to finish. Receptionist was very pleasant, professional & helpful. Dr. Andi was superb! We had a ton of questions with our new puppy & she answered every one & never made us feel rushed. We have found a new vet. Highly recommend!!
