We had to have our cat put to sleep. TLC was available and less expensive than the local vet. I called, set the appt. We were in and out in less then 35 minutes. Charlene and Skye were awesome! Very comforting, empathetic, professional and even had us go out to the car and they brought our loved one out to us wrapped up in his cage. We have used many vets (in Polk) and have had many pets over the years, this was by far our BEST experience letting our baby go.

I took my little feral kitten to be neutered. The staff was phenomenal. They treated little baby with love and care, As if he was theirs. He's not used to anyone but me. When I picked him up, He was so calm. Today 24 hours later and he's happy , running and playing. Thank you so very much to TLC Snip for all your kindness.

Quick, smooth service at a good price. Got shots for my 11 month old puppy, lab / pitbull mix. I recommend this place. Go there.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been using this clinic for years and have had some good visits and some just okay — but never anything like this. I brought in my 11½-year-old English Bulldog because she had a loose, obviously infected tooth. She was eating only on one side of her mouth with her head tilted. I understand there are limited options at her age, but sending her home without any antibiotics or treatment at all was unacceptable. How could anyone look at her and let her leave in pain from an infection? I even asked for bloodwork, and it still felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Thankfully, I later saw someone who actually cared and put her on antibiotics for the infection. Now my 11-year-old male may have a UTI, but I don’t feel comfortable taking him in if he won’t be

We went in for euthanasia for our 11 year old Cat. They made the process smooth and were very sweet and compassionate. I can't remember the lady's name that took care of our sweet girl KeKe for the process but she was absolutely wonderful and very good at what she does. I highly recommend. Fair price, excellent care. I will definitely return for care for other pets.
