I used to take my three dogs here and will not be returning. I had been going to them for close to a year and my dogs always looked good. However, first my 2 year old dog’s nose got razor cut on the top. I know accidents happen and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, recently my 6 month old Pyreneese/poodle mix went for his second groom and his ear was cut about 0.5 inch by the scissors. The vet said we could try to use a super glue method to get it to heal back together but it wouldn’t heal back on its own. I called back to the groomer and was told it didn’t bleed that badly (it clearly had the white clotting stuff used on it and has bled a few days after) and that we could take him to the vet but they probably couldn’t do much. At a loss for words! Why would anybody think this cut is appropriate! Then would not take responsibility for leaving this sweet girl butchered so horribly like this! This is definitely NOT what was asked but regardless this pup should not have been left so uneven and butchered…. Unbelievable!!!

TLC is the ONLY place I'll take my Oreo for grooming. They make my 10 year old dog look like a lil pup again. Great quality service!
