DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is incompetent. We have a long haired dog and asked for a trim and they shaved our dog. They have no critical thinking skills. They truly ruined our dogs coat forever. I just can’t comprehend how they could mess up this bad. And then they proceeded to overcharge for the worst haircut you could imagine. You can tell our dog is sad and now she gets cold going outside. Please save your dogs and don’t go here!

Today was my first visit and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a groomer. It was clear to me that they really cared not only about the work they were doing but also my dog. They took their time and exceeded my expectations. And they’re reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else. Obviously I highly recommend them!

I have two standard poodles, and we have had a lot of groomers over the years. This place is as good as it gets! Friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great job done!! We have had some hack jobs over the years. We already have our next appointment made!

They have been my groomer for 2 years but they have really gone downhill. They cancelled an appointment I had because of someone calling in sick and then they refuse to answer their phone for over 3 weeks so I can reschedule. It's just as well though because they would be 2+ hours late on stated completion times regularly and I would also regularly be first in and last out. My dogs would be in crates for 8 hours with no walks. The dogs would be agitated every time I picked them up and so it's obviously a good time to move on to a groomer with a much more professional approach to customer service.
