TLC Pet Food

Great, high quality food....our dogs love it. TLC was recommended to us by our breeder and we've been very happy with it. I love the autoship option ....I just wish it wasn't shipped with FedEx. They aren't consistent or reliable. Sometimes it shows up on time, other times it's a few days late. Very frustrating.

Our dog has been on this food since he was a puppy as the breeder recommended. He just turned 5 and still loves it. We rescued an adult dog and put him on it too. He loves just as much. The customer service has been excellent. Never an issue . Thank you TLC

I ordered TLC puppy food for my 4 month old medium size dog. I was hesitant to order since they don't offer a trial size and you have to order two very large bags but we really wanted to try as it had great reviews, was locally made and we needed to find a different food for our pup. The price point was great for decent quality ingredients. The reason I give a lower score is because it is really disappointing you have to order it in such large quantities. It took much too long to finish the food and so we did not order it again. I think it's healthier to buy food in smaller batches/quantities and also think if they stand by their products they should offer trial sizes or even just to buy one bag at a time. Easy to order. My dog likes the food. Quick and easy delivery. Good value. Great customer service. I just wish the food came in 4 medium sized bags instead of 2 large bags.

Great puppy food, but shockingly poor service. Long Version Due to a misunderstanding and mistake on their end, I wasn’t going to get my puppy food shipment in time and would run out soon. I figured, no biggie, I’ll call and they can ship it using a faster method. The agent I spoke with said, “we don’t do that”. After explaining that the mistake was on their end she got defensive. When I asked to be transferred to her supervisor, she said she reported to the CEO and could not provide his info. After some back and forth she eventually transferred me to her actual supervisor—not the CEO. The supervisor couldn’t help, but had a better tone.
