Our transport Paula B brings rescues and we at Rockin ResQ in Northern IL were able to help a bit! I spoke to the most LOVELY young lady that I felt like I had always known and had the Most enjoyable first call of the day- doesn’t happen often in rescue! Thank you for being so amazing! The people here are the most incredible people I've ever met. They have helped me and comforted me than anyone ever has. These people are a Godsend. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They not only care about the animals they see, but they care about the owners too. There are no words I can say that could even come close to thanking them and I have no way to repay what they have done for me. They deserve more than 5 stars. This vet is so wonderful. I took my dogs, cats and kittens to them for a low-cost physical exam and shots event that they were having (the pictures will explain how excited the kittens were to be there). They were super organized, everyone that was there helping out was pleasant and smiling and they moved through all of the animals that showed up very quickly. I have quite a few people come through my guinea pig rescue that also have cats and dogs and I will for sure be recommending them to everyone. Thank you Timber Trails 😘

Because of my financial income right now, I decided to come to this low cost Vet to help treat my cat who had a serious ear infection. She was given pain medication orally for five days and drops for 10 days in her ears, as for the pain medication that she took orally for five days, caused an overdose and poisoned her it was affecting her kidneys She wouldn’t hold down any type of food, not even soft food so we went and got a second opinion at her normal vet, even though it costed more it was worth it and they got her back on the right path to heal. It may sound like a good idea to come to this Vet because they are affordable but if you want the best care for your animals, Solid Rock down the road from this veterinarian is your best option they stated that the pain medication that this low

Took my cat there, vet said ear infection, antibiotics, 2 weeks later still no better went back for the vet to be unbelievably rude. She did not want to examine my cat & when I said I cant afford labs today instead of trying different meds she literally left the room!! Came back with some dermatology drops for her, ended up taking her to a completely different vet today, they examined her,like head to tail. Vet came in he picked her up, he loved on her, said yes its an ear infection pretty deep & pretty severe, we are on different antibiotics & he says she may be on them for 10-12 weeks. I will never take another animal over there again, vet was rude & obviously did not care about my cat. Do not take your animals here!!!
