Timberline was above and beyond for us during the hardest moments of our lives. We had to put our little 18 year girl Queenie down suddenly and they were incredible at making a tough moment so much easier. The front desk staff and doctors are so compassionate. We had a quiet comfortable room with a running fountain and live plants for her final moments. We can’t thank you enough for letting us provide a long life with a dignified exit.

Two weeks ago, our beloved elderly cat, Lily, took a severe turn for the worse. We brought her to an emergency vet; they said that a blood transfusion was one of the last things we could attempt to try to save her, and they transferred us to Timberline. When we brought her in, Timberline’s Dr. Baer and the rest of the nurses were extremely empathetic, passionate, and caring. Dr. Baer immediately examined Lily, but unfortunately her heart, kidneys, and lungs were all failing. Dr. Baer gently explained to us that Lily simply wasn’t strong enough to recover, even with intensive treatment, and with how Lily was suffering that it was time to consider humanely euthanizing her. We were heartbroken and in shock at how quickly she had declined, but Dr. Baer and the rest of Timberline’s staff h

We brought our sweet boy, Dewey, in late on a Saturday night when he suddenly became unwell. We decided to drive a bit farther out of the city to Timberline because of the amazing reviews, and I'm so glad we did. Dewey ended up having an inoperable tumor near his heart, and Dr. Burnett and all of the Timberline staff were the most compassionate, warm and caring people to go through this experience with. It was one of the hardest days of my life, but I am so grateful for their attentiveness to Dewey, swift diagnosis, and empathy during the entire process.

I am appreciative of the help I got here and I am glad that my Midna girl got the support she needed here before moving on. A week prior her vet found a mass in her chest and we were scheduled to get the mass tested in a couple days. However, it was clear her condition was worsening quickly and I took her in to get her checked out. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that she was not doing and would not make it much longer. We decided to leave her there overnight on oxygen and came to get her in the morning and do an at home euthanasia. The staff- from doctors to desk staff were all so, so kind and understanding during such a hard time and I’m forever grateful. They never made me feel like I was doing the “wrong” thing, only gave me the facts and options I had available to me (with honesty on

I had to take my dog Olivia to this ER vet on a Friday night, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care from start to finish. From the front desk to the techs and doctors, everyone was warm, patient, and clearly cared. They asked a ton of thoughtful questions and really took the time to figure out what was going on. Leaving Olivia for two nights was really hard, but knowing how well she was being cared for made it so much easier. Huge thanks to Dr. Menon and Dr. Davidow — Olivia has been to a lot of vets across a few states, and this team is the most impressive I’ve worked with and truly sets the gold standard.
