Timber Trails Animal Hospital

I am very impressed with Timber trails. The staff I encountered (I think I met just about all of them present) are so polite, kind, respectful and made me feel right at home (first visit today!). The facility is very clean, too. My bearded dragon saw Dr. Eves, and she was absolutely wonderful! Doc was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative and handled my pet great. I have 110% found my new vet for all of my animals, and I feel pretty comfortable and happy with that. It's great that I can take all of my critters to Timber trails, which is only 4 minutes from my house may I add, instead of having to find multiple different vets in several counties between my goats, chickens, dogs, cat, guinea pigs, bearded dragon, and chinchilla. And last but not least, their prices are super affordable!!

One of my cats suddenly got sick because of something that had happened to him in the past before. We took him here, and they did a procedure on him other than the surgery we had suggested because it had fixed the issue once before. Because of this, he was suffering when he came home. He refused to eat, drink, or use his litter box and was clearly in pain. We took him back three days later, today as of the day that I am writing this, and he passed away on the operating table. I just wish they had tried harder to save him and done the surgery like we had requested. They didn't even consult us before deciding not to do the surgery. I was a litte nerveovs about the surgical procedure at first, but Dr. Beaty explained it every step of the way, and we were sent home with the exact things and instructions that has really helped her to get through this first week of recovery very well. I have had a hard time starting this review because finding the words to express how grateful I am to have found this vet office are hard to find! Just wish I had found them sooner! From the gal that takes your appt to the vets, I was treated with kindness and respect! Dr. Beatty , Alex,Dr. Bell,I can't say enough positive things about these people!I had taken my old gal, Tuxedo cat, to 2 other vets and they both missed the fact that her health had declined because of really bad teeth! Because of her age,they kept her for 3-4 days to build her up to see if she could be sedated for teeth extractions which she was able to. She also had some underlying problems they also addressed!
