Timber Creek Veterinary Hospital (Equine)

Our puppies needed there shots. Maggie is rude and condescending! While I was there I witnessed the rest of the Staff acted the same as Maggie. She didn’t express any kindness or compassion towards our pets. The staff need to be monitored better! There’s no excuse for blatant rudeness! Time to get a new Vet. I don’t need to pay for mental or verbal abuse!

This is a walk-in clinic which was extremely helpful as it's very difficult to put my cat in a carrier when she needs to see a vet. The people were quite nice and the doctor and his tech were knowledgeable.

My chihuahua had a surgery and I love the service always

The Vet was very gentle with Millie. Told me what she thought is was. The tech gave her a shot and the meds to bring home. Now she is feeling better

The receptionist today was extremely condescending and rude to everyone she assisted this morning, Especially rude to an elderly lady because she turned down her upsell. They also cut 4 of my cats nipples off shaving her in preparation to be spayed. 1 or 2 nicked I can understand, but 4? Absolutely careless handling of our animal and atrocious customer service. Will not come back or recommend anyone take their house pet here
