Tilley's Pet Villa

Tilley’s Pet Villa provided an outstanding experience for my three St. Bernards during their stay for boarding and daycare. The facility was impeccably clean, creating a safe and comfortable environment for my dogs. The customer service was friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout the entire process. The owners/ staff are wonderful people and clearly have a genuine passion for animals, and it showed in the care and attention they gave to each pet. I felt completely confident leaving my dogs in their hands, knowing they were in great care. I highly recommend Tilley’s Pet Villa to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate place for their pets.

Good prices and friendly service. They allow our medium and small dog to share one kennel. Dogs are always happy when we pick them up. Used the daycare at $20 a day it was worth it.

We have been using Tilleys now for a few months and have been so impressed with how much they care about the babies in their care. This weekend we were even more thankful when our very active pup decided to test his luck and was pretty severely injured while we were more than 6 states away. Miss Kathy and Erin (as well as the rest of the very sweet family) immediately tended to Shaq, getting him to a vet, overseeing his surgery and, medicine maintain and a multi-day convalescence until we could get back to him. While we never want our kiddies to hurt, things happen and boys will be boys. The team went over and above to ensure both our babies were best cared for. I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. We recently moved and found Tilley’s when looking for a kennel. We were very happy with what we found in Tilley’s. Clean in the office area and the dog area. Not smelly like another place we went to. Loved that there was a doggy door that she can choose to go in and out as she pleased. Loved the outside area that the dogs had to roam around. The staff took great care of her and I know she was happy. Will definitely use Tilley’s again!
