Tilley's Pet Supplies

Absolutely the BEST customer service! I went in to try to find booties for my dog for the upcoming snow storm. The owner was so helpful. He helped me find just the right pair and he even helped with putting them on my dog. I live in the neighborhood so frequent the store quite often and always have a wonderful experience with knowledgeable staff who truly care. It’s a well stocked store with excellent personalized service.

I walked through Georgetown today and stopped by this store for the first time, not really knowing what to expect and I was blown away! For reference, I’m very selective about what I feed my dog: she gets only natural or single-ingredient treats and eats a raw diet. I originally went in just to explore their selection for future reference, since my dog didn’t need anything… but I loved so many products that I ended up leaving with a whole bag of goodies! The store is beautifully organized, the product selection is amazing, and everything felt carefully curated for pet owners who truly care about quality. We will definitely be making this our new weekly stop. I’m so glad I found this place!

Incredible experience going to the Georgetown location of Tilley’s. The associates were knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect treats and bully sticks for our pups (and they don’t smell!!). So glad to have their new store in our neighborhood.

Went to Tilley Pet Supplies specifically looking for Purina or Blue Buffalo for my pit, and they didn’t carry either. The selection was very limited, especially for larger breeds, which was surprising for a pet supply store. If you have a pit or are looking for well-known, reliable brands, this probably isn’t the place. I ended up having to shop elsewhere.

So helpful! We were visiting DC and didn't want the rain to keep us from enjoying our stay. We went in looking for a rain jacket for my large service dog and were pleasantly surprised to find multiple options. Everyone in the store was super helpful and they had so many great things for your furry friend!
