This place is so beautiful on the inside. But the girls at the counter were obviously in a bad mood then I bring in my dog who's never been to a vet before and didn't like it and he may have seemed pretty aggressive but I mean come on he didn't know what was going on Lol. They weren't compassionate AT ALL they acted as if they didn't want to be there. They didn't even hardly speak to us. The lady that rang me up I would ask her questions and she would say "hold on" and then never answered my questions. I was so upset of that day of the things that were going on they just didn't care. I will continue to use this facility bc they are the cheapest around when it comes to taking care of what needs to be taken care of but other than that. The faculty needs to be reevaluated for sure. This sad kitty was hanging around our apartments for awhile. Doc Tiller got him right in, gave him a checkup & a shot for his respiratory infection. He's safe & happy in his new home now!

They're busy because so many people take their animals there but they give my babies great care at reasonable rates and the same medications and treatments at other places I've used have been double the cost. Very happy with the caring people who work there.

I love Dr Tiller he is the best and my animals love him too. They never shake or get apprehensive when we visit there. It is like they r actually glad to go to the vet! Once u go u will always want to take ur babies to him and Dr William's is a good vet also knows his stuff!

Came here (new location: building in front of Gators & Friends) on the recommendation of a friend who has used him for years. 1st come first served, so I came early. Big waiting room so animals can have their space. Nice & patient workers. Vet was gentle, thorough, and explained what he was doing. Took bloodwork with instant results. I was able to get the antibiotics when I checked out, which was convenient. The total cost was much cheaper than my previous vet. Would recommend and will use them again.
