I just wanted to share how much we enjoyed our experience at this store. From the moment we walked in, Alicia made us feel comfortable. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and kind. You can tell she truly cares — not just about selling products, but about helping you find what’s best for your dog. The suggestions she made for us were thoughtful, helpful, and they actually worked. The store has an intimate, small-town boutique feel. It’s cozy and intentionally put together without feeling overwhelming like big chain pet stores. We picked up the Squeak and Throw Ball Launcher, and it’s just a well-made, practical tool. Visited Thyri’s Tubs and Treats this weekend and my boys had a blast! I normally fight them at bath time but the self cleaning tubs were perfect for my big boys (Lab and Cane Corso) The owner was such a sweet lady! Great customer service and she’s so loving to our fur babies!! Will definitely return!
