They go above and beyond, caring for our furry friend better than we do. DRAC had the time of his life here, coming back peaceful and surprisingly well-trained with simple instructions. Thundering Paws has absolutely amazing customer service! We definitely had a rough start and end to our vacation in Ruidoso. They stayed late for us to drop off our babies the day we got there and the day we left. They responded quickly to our needs, were flexible, and accommodating. They spoiled my babies with treats and were there at comforting hours to know they were let outside, fed, and got playtime. I definitely recommend!

My 6 month old beagle pups stayed for 3 weeks. I commonly asked for updates and they were happy to oblige. The service was very good and my puppies were happy girls during their stay and when we picked them up. I would recommend Thundering Paws and I will take my pups back again if I have occasion.
