SUPER IMPRESSED!!!! I was calling around to several places needing help with insulin needles for my cat. Lauren went above and beyond to help me and we aren’t even a patient!!! I wish this location was closer to my house because I would transfer my Diego here. Thank you Lauren for helping me out in a really stressful situation, you’re the best!!

Excellent service! My pet was in very good hands, the staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and personable! Also, I don’t feel like they were taking advantage of price wise. 10 out of 10 recommend them!

Been taking my dogs here since 2020 and am officially fed up with the experience here. Lack of urgency for referrals, sending documents, and very prone to recommending you spend more than you have to as it pertains to what your pet “needs”. But what has me hot is this: Over the past two years I’ve asked for information for a quote for fatty lipoma removal, just for them to finally tell me that they’re not even able to do the surgery there (by this time his lipomas were huge). They then tell me that I need to do pre-surgery blood tests, which I understood, and then promise me that they would make a referral to Blue Pearl Hospital to get his surgery consult. They never made the referral! So at this point, I become really frustrated and I decided to just do my own research and find the Intow

We always receive excellent care when bringing our dog here. Everyone is so kind—especially Lola and Mariah. They consistently go above and beyond to take extra care of our baby. Thank you for the continued outstanding service!

First time visit and all went great! I would have liked to have had my dog and the vet in the same room for his exam - But other than that, staff was More than welcoming and good to me and my pup 😊
