We had an incredibly positive experience at Thrive Animal Hospital during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our beloved cat, Buster, was in significant pain, and getting him into his crate was heartbreaking and difficult. Nurse Cara was a tremendous support both over the phone and in person. When we were struggling to get Buster safely into his crate because of his unrelenting pain, she was calm, reassuring, and compassionate. During the visit, her kindness toward Buster and toward us meant more than we can say. Dr. Daniel was exceptionally thorough in his work up and communication. Our older cat, Darwin, suddenly showed signs of acute illness on a Friday evening. After calling Thrive, we immediately drove over, were welcomed by Ashley and led into an exam room. Gabby and Kara quickly came in to get details of his problem and took Darwin back to do diagnostics. They kept us informed about what they found and estimates for what was needed to get more information. They were followed by Dr. DelFavero, who gave us treatment options after explaining what they found. Even though it became late in the evening, we never felt rushed to let them leave. My cat was treated right away and the experience was excellent! I have needed their services on numerous occasions and have always had a great experience. An added bonus is that everyone is so uniquely likable, which makes it enjoyable to be there despite the circumstances for having to ne there. I feel that their prices are reasonable as well.
