Staff is always very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. They answer all of our questions and make us feel important and not rushed

Providers are great, but front desk staff and reception have complete disregard for patient care. They do not have a phone nurse, or triage nurse to help with continuing care between visits. They are forgetful and do not follow through with things they say like medication refills or send in the incorrect medication. Leading to having to utilize more emergent services for care that would otherwise be unnecessary. I do not recommend for any type of adolescent care. They seem to be great with therapy for teenagers if a teenager is willing, and reiterating “sex education” taught in schools.

Had a very pleasant last time at the paws clinic. I have been a patient there since I was a kid and they’ve always been very attentive to any and everything you need. They are updating their services to help even more. Definitely keep them in mind when looking 😊

Always been a great place for my daughter's healthcare. She can walk across to the clinic from the school, and the staff and doctor are all really nice.
