Five-Star Review for The Woof Wash – Melrose I have been to quite a few places to have my baby Ruby groomed, and The Woof Wash in Melrose is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. They take such good care of Ruby—she always looks and smells amazing after her wash day. Her groomer, Liz, is absolutely wonderful. She and Ruby bonded from the very first visit, and I have never felt so comfortable and confident leaving her anywhere else. The level of care, patience, and love they show is unmatched. The entire space is clean, welcoming, and truly dog—and people—friendly. The Woof Wash has become our forever grooming home, and I’m so grateful for the team there. I brought Jordy in for a deshedding, bath and nail service and received a very handsome boy in return. I was shown pictures and videos of the process as they were grooming him. I could not be happier with the customer service and return. Will absolutely be a regular customer. Thank you Woof Wash!

I have two golden retrievers and Margaux did an absolutely amazing job with both of them! She took her time, was incredibly patient, and made the whole experience so comfortable for my dogs. She also recommended a de-shedding treatment that made a huge difference, their coats have never looked better. This place is night and day compared to what it used to be before, Pristine Pet. Woof Wash is on a completely different level. Clean, professional, caring, and truly focused on the dogs. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for the best grooming experience in Melrose, this is it! 🐾

I had such a great experience bringing my dog Ila in for her grooming! Emily, the groomer, was incredibly kind and gentle, Ila, our schnauzer, got so much love and attention (and plenty of pets!) that she almost didnt want to leave! It’s clear Emily genuinely cares about the animals she grooms. The new owner, Margaux, is doing an amazing job refreshing the space and really focusing on customer service. You can tell there’s a lot of heart behind the improvements being made. The whole experience felt warm, professional, and thoughtful.

Absolutely amazing experience! I couldn’t be happier with the calming care service and attention my dog Louie received here. Emily and Margaux were extremely kind, patient, and professional. Louie has had far to many poor experiences with groomers for a 1 year old puppy and I was about to give up and attempt to do it at home until i found the Woof Wash and saw they offered calm care services!! Louie got the attention he needed during the groom, multiple breaks to get off the table reset and know his feelings were seen, and tons of treats along the way to make him feel comfortable. He went in with an uneven haircut from a previous groomer and being reactive and came home with a perfect cut wagging his tail and being the happiest boy which is very unlike him for spending a day at the groomer
