The Village Vets Westside

I also would recommend Village Vets to anyone! My Sweet Lily was well taken care of. She was 16 and it was her time, I was a mess and falling to pieces. Village Vets make me and her so comfortable till the end. Not to mention they didn't charge me anything because she was a patient. I love the prices for all other services. Thank you Village Vets.

It’s a real shame what animal care has become. We took our 2 dogs there for their annual check up and vaccinations. Our big dog has been immobile since that evening. He cant stand up, he’s dizzy and his eyes are darting around, hes having accidents on himself. He has never had ANY problems or reactions like this before. He was perfectly fine when we went in and now I might have to say goodbye to my baby. We called in for help, support, guidance, but instead they told us to bring him back in. We already paid them over $700 to DO this to our dog, and they demand even MORE money from us for what THEY caused. Consider our trust broken, just like our hearts.

I miss the old docs pre corp-shift, but they're nice, convenient and accessible. Prices did go up in the last couple of years. They've been more pushy about all sorts of new vaccines and preventative stuff I've never heard of and never needed, but I'm on my fourth dog here and don't care to go elsewhere. :)

Love this vet. I’ve been taking my dogs to the Village Vet’s for several years (first Decatur, then Ponce, now Westside), and all are great locations but I’ve settled in at Westside with my newest pug. He’s had all his checkups, shots and one-offs since I got him at Westside and he loves it there. I very recently had a small freak out when my pug got his tongue stuck in a rubber toy and I couldn’t get it off. Westside saw us at a moments notice and got the toy off in minutes. And they did it at no charge. Such good people! And It’s actually not the closest location to me, but the staff and the easy parking makes the extra 5 minutes worth it. Thank you Westside!

10/10! Absolutely loved them! My cat was having breathing issues and they were available to see her day of. They are so kind, gentle and caring. They will be my Cat regular doctor!
