The TOP DOG's Butler

I recently took my two chihuahuas, River and Brownie, to The TOP DOG's Butler for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Julie was absolutely fantastic with them. She was so patient and gentle, even though my little ones can be a bit fussy sometimes. The grooming itself was top-notch. Both River and Brownie came out looking absolutely adorable! Their coats were soft and shiny, and their nails were trimmed perfectly. It's clear that Julie takes pride in her work and truly cares about the well-being of the animals. The salon itself was clean and welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies in their care, and I knew they were in good hands. Julie did a great job!!! It was our dog's first time away from us over night. They walked him (which is not easy, he is a big lab puppy that hasn't been on too many walks.) and they kept him safe. When we came back, our dog had a bath and his nails were also clipped. Top Dog is very affordable and we will be using them again soon.

Julie was accommodating and did everything I asked of her, which was alot.. very pleased with the service, 10/10 would recommend.

Scheduled appt. No one was there. Called and she was in ‘Junction’ and would be back in a few hrs! I wouldn’t trust this person with anything I owned!!! Very irresponsible business owner! Very disappointed, but also very glad I didn’t leave my puppies with her! Learned my lesson!
