Upon calling the spay neuter project, I spoke with Jill. She was so insightful and helpful. She quickly got us scheduled and answered all of my questions. We received thorough instructions prior to surgery of our feral cats as well as post op instructions. Their check in/out process was so smooth. The girls were all so pleasant and so so professional. I am forever grateful for their work!

I got a stray cat neutered there and the next morning he was urinating blood. I left several voicemails like they said to do if there were complications with no one getting back to me for several hours. In the meantime I called several other vets that said to take him in immediately. When they finally did return my call, they said they were very busy and didn’t have room for him, I then asked if she could double check and ask the doctor. She did and then informed me that they cannot take him because they are not a full service clinic. I ended up taking the cat to another vet and they asked where he got his surgery done. Turns out, this is a fairly common issue with this clinic and several of their clients have come to them from this clinic for similar issues. Don’t get me wrong, I unders

I love this place!!!! I took in three kittens three years ago and they fixed me right up! The staff is so friendly and you can tell they love each and every animal they work with. I recently had a young male cat dumped on me and I plan on giving him a new home so I will definitely be bringing him here for the care he needs! I can't say enough about the people here, other than I know they love what they do for us.

Great friendly staff, but did kinda sketch me out that you don’t actually get to meet the vet before the procedure. I get it that for the price they really don’t have time for all the frills of going to your regular vet. Overall, I am happy with the service though and my year old Aussie did great!! I wish there was a way you could also request for them not to do the green tattoo line on your dogs. I get doing it for females because it isn’t very obvious if they have been fixed or not, but male dogs that are a year old, it should be very obvious.. 👀.. pic of my pup included cuz he’s too damn cute not to share a pic of (pre ✂️)

Very rude staff and inconvenient process. They don’t open until 7:30 but take 30 min or longer to check you in. They then make you pick up by 5 p.m. so you’re forced to leave work early as they take so long. For a non-profit that is supported by donations, you would think they would be more accommodating to volunteers helping TNRs, not make you sit for 30 min and be late for work. I will not be donating to this organization anymore and will make sure to find other nonprofit organizations to support in the future.
