Unfortunately, they weren't able to groom my dog. She's a rather old and very nervous Shih Tzu, so the grooming process stresses her out too much. But I wanted to leave a review because it's an excellent place. My dog ​​started feeling unwell, and they noticed it immediately. They prioritized my dog's safety and called me to come pick her up to prevent her condition from worsening. I commend them; they are excellent professionals!

My Daisy is a handful when she gets her nails trimmed. So I had her muzzled so she wouldn't bite. They were so gentle and patient and when I went to pick her up and the muzzle was off and tail wagging! I highly recommend!
