3 stars because Baylee is extremely friendly and she and her partner are huge dog lovers who take great care of the dogs and give lots of love and attention to them. But.... It seems she charges Willy Nilly. My elderly dogs have been 3x now and the bill was different each time. My dogs are mini doxies and short haired. The second time my husband was with me and she finished both dogs in under 20 minutes and that was the time she charged less stating.... They require no cutting or shaving and she commented on how fast they dry due to having such short hair. I am looking for a place that has consistent and fair pricing.

Baylee has got to be one of The kindest human beings and dog groomer I’ve ever met! I know my fur baby absolutely loved her! She completely saved him from a disasters haircut and gave him the best treatment I could ask for! After having a dog groomer in the city for so long, this small town Groomers prices for the full services was just absolutely beyond reasonable and We are so so thankful to have found her and business! Thank you Baylee for being so amazing!! We will 10 out of 10 be recommending her everywhere🤗🤗

She butchered my DM Australian Shepherd. She shaved him after telling her 3x NOT TO SHAVE MY DOUBLE COATED DOG! Its not even anywhere. He's got sections of long hair and sections of shaved hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER FOR ANY GROOMING JOB! I should not have had to pay anything. She should have been embarrassed after shaving my dog. Shame on her. My dog is even embarrassed. Its awful. WORST GROOMER IN THE WORLD!!!!!! The only reason I left 2 star is to be able to leave a review!

We used this groomer for our 3 schnauzers. 2 mini and 1 giant. This groomer does not know how to do schnauzer cuts, all 3 dogs were completely shaved, beards, eyebrow (almost all) and skirting. I was horrified by this as it will take well over a year to get these dogs back in shape. We didn’t even get an apology. I even explicitly asked her how much shorter will she cut the beards as I am very picky on this, she said just 1/2 inch shorter, she only left 1/2 and inch. Do not use her if your dogs require specific cuts, she only knows how to shave dogs.

My dog loved her and I loved the hair cut and she smelled amazing!!
