The Reptile Room - St.Louis

My girlfriend and I booked a private tour and our tour guide was so enthusiastic in answering our questions, introducing us to the animals, and letting us hold them. We also met one of the owners who was also very nice. I went in, assuming the reptiles would all stay hidden in the corners of their enclosures and was surprised to see each and every single one active and curious to meet you, just as much as you’re excited to see them. This is truly a hidden gem and worth the 1 hour drive for us to see and learn a lot about these beautiful creatures.

Great shop with lots of great spiders, enclosures, and supplies! They have some really great offers on packages with a critter complete with enclosure, and accessories. The Tarantula Cribs enclosures are fantastic! Thank you for the fun experience today! I’ll be back soon with my daughter. Edit: I can't say better things about this place! Mo and the whole team is fantastic! They have helped us now with several enclosures and two new friends, a Mexican Red Knee and Green Bottle Blue. I also recently ordered some slings to raise and they helped us with some great small enclosures to prepare for their arrival.

Wow! So many cool things to look at here! My 3 year old loved the interactive reptile room. We went when no one else was really around and a staff member even got Franklin the tortoise out to walk around and my 3 year old followed him around telling him not to eat things off the floor. We ended up leaving with a beautiful regal jumping spider that included a bioactive tank already set up! We will be back soon to purchase a tarantula for sure!

Amazing place with amazing service! I'm so grateful that a place like this has opened, it's the perfect little shop, one side you can see all kinds of different animals all throughout the day (if you're there at the right time you might even see them out of their beautiful homes for demonstrations). They're in a wonderfully decorated room and in stunning enclosures and the best part is right after you see them you can go to the other side of the building and pick up supplies to make your own enclosures! They also have different kinds of animals you can buy with perfectly set up enclosures for prices that are a steal. Will definitely be back soon, and will 100% recommend everyone to go at least visit.

The Reptile Room St. Louis is hands down the best reptile shop I have ever been to. From the minute you walk in you can tell how much they care about their animals. Everything is clean, organized, and the setups are way above the standard. This is a must have experience for children or anyone looking to interact with reptiles and other unique animals. The staff is unbelievably awesome. They’re knowledgeable and you can really tell they have a passion for what they do. If you haven’t been here you have to check it out!!
