The Raw Connection

I had a superb experience while in town. I forgot to bring one of y pups dog food. I called the raw connection, they had the food and held it for me Upon getting to the store I was assisted in finding other items Very sweet experience! Thank you RC

Today was my first time coming in, and I was amazed by the variety of products they offer. I was greeted by Mary-Ann. She showed me many different products and provided me with lots of information on all of them. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions on how to improve my dogs' diet. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I later met Kim, who helped me pick out some supplements for my dog and also answered my many questions. Finally, at checkout, I met Kat, who signed me up for their rewards program. She showed me in detail how everything would work, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience shopping here, I will definitely be back!

Great service and products. Friendly staff and clean / organized store. MaryAnn has always been very helpful with Poppy and I. Always reaches out to see if we need help and has great recommendations. This is a pet food speciality supply, NOT a restaurant! It was formally corporate run called The Healthy Spot. The new owners are privately owned and they are excellent.

The store is very clean & organize. They have a good variety of healthy pet food, treats & accessories. The staff are so helpful, and friendly. We’ve been going to this store for more than 2 years.
