Lovely service! Ravi was great and the customer service overall was excellent. Yes, it smells like puppies lol—but that’s to be expected in a shop with puppies and a grooming area. When I walked in, a blonde staff member was bathing the puppies, which was really nice to see because it showed they were receiving proper care and attention. We had visited five other stores that day and were honestly really disappointed. Some places smelled bad, had sad or mistreated puppies, poor customer service, and felt very secretive. This shop was the complete opposite. They were transparent, kind, and made sure we were a good fit for the puppy. They also provided us with dewormer and puppy food and reassured us that the Rottweiler’s sister wouldn’t be alone since we adopted her brother. All of the dog

We had such a wonderful experience picking up our goldendoodle puppy at the puppy shop. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The whole place was clean and spotless, radiated positive energy, and it was clear they truly care about both pets and new pet owners like myself. They guided us through every detail—big and small—of becoming first‑time pet parents, and their support made the transition so much easier. We just adopted our sweet Rottweiler pup! She is in amazing health and the staff are super nice and helpful. The one man is really funny and humorous. Thank you so much to the puppy shop staff! I got my little baby Winnie who is a dachshund from here and I had been puppy shopping for a mini dachshund around northern Va for a few weeks. XO puppy in chantilly and super star puppies in Fairfax. I’m so glad I went there first before I went to the puppy shop in Manassas. The customer service at the first 2 places was so bad. I had made appointments just to find out the puppies I was interested in had been sold at superstar puppies and their prices were out of this work to around 3-4k. Staff was rude. XO puppy same thing. I visited the store yesterday, and after reading some of the negative comments online, I was genuinely surprised. The shop was spotless, beautifully decorated from the entrance, and very well maintained. I noticed the signs asking customers not to take photos of the puppies, and I honestly believe they are there because some people take pictures with bad intentions to harm the business. Despite that, the staff kindly allowed my family and me to take photos and spend time with the puppies so we could make the best decision. The seller was extremely friendly, patient, and truly helpful—he gave us great advice and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit.
