The Puppy Palace

My boy Rudy is almost 9 months now and I wanted to leave a review to express how happy we are with him. He’s a great dog and has been happy and healthy since the day we brought him home. He hasn’t had any of the common health issues associated with Cocker Spaniel and overall has been a perfect puppy health wise. The staff was great when we initially bought him and any time I was there I always observed them cleaning and attending to the puppy’s. I feel like I made the right choice and couldn’t recommend them enough.

We got our Gracie from Puppy Palace in February and she is absolutely amazing! We had just been scammed by another breeder. We were out $1000 and no puppy. I was so grateful that we found Gracie! Thank you Puppy Palace for my little diva!

Nice place, I finally got my dream dog! I’ve been wanting a shiba inu for my birthday so I called and they said that they had one. I heard it was pretty rare to find one so I’m glad I got my boy Udon first! He’s the first dog I’ve ever had! The pets here were all so cute! ৹ᵒ̴̶̷᷄﹏ᵒ̴̶̷᷅৹ And the place was properly organized! At least that’s what I think. My dog is really energetic and silly which is pretty much all I ever wanted in a dog! Also, I just wanted to say that the employees here were really nice! ദി˶˃ ᵕ ˂ )✧ (Edit: It’s been a month since we’ve gotten him! He’s gotten so big!🥹)

We bought our sweet girl, Willow (formerly Nami) a week ago here. James was very informative, personable and helpful during the process. It was comforting to know they had guarantees in place for the pups, although we haven’t needed it. Willow had her first vet appointment already and was confirmed as healthy as far as they can tell at this time. She’s healthy, playful & mischievous! I was almost hesitant on going here after reading some reviews but am so glad I decided to go through with it. Buying a pet here is a safe, easy and great process. James if you are reading this she is a happy girl who loves her yard and new family, thank you for your help!

Horrible place the do not care for the puppies properly been waiting for two weeks for my dog if not more wouldn't allow me to take him over a 3 day worms treatment and no they have exposed him to kennel cough. Went in to see my puppy after jack insured me someone would be with my dog during his treatment and he had feces caked to his paws. Once I can figure out how to put pics to this the world will see how they treat their puppies lol no you refunded cause I called animal control on you I had concern of his health your and your staff did not animal control would have came if the felt you where doing the right thing
