The Puppy Palace

I bought a puppy named Rocky from the puppy palace and they were AMAZING. I believe the lady that was helping us was named Jamie and she was the best. They take such good care of all the dogs and you can truly tell how much they love the dogs. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you puppy palace and thank you Jamie for your help in getting us the perfect puppy.

OMG! The abundance of Cuteness Overload! My partner an I Just got 2 Puppy's from here an they were wonderful, although it seemed like one of the lady's who got my paper work together made a mistake an gave me 2 of the same documents for just 1 of our baby's and not the other. That threw me off a bit. But these baby's are already attached to there Mommy, which I love! My baby girl Maggie-May is already potty trained to puppy pads. I was completely shocked ! Our Lil Yorkie baby which didn't have mother or dad photos , we think he is a tea cup Yorkie because of his size for the age he is. That wasn't on his tag, it just said Yorkie. They love each other an sleep next to one another . The most cutest sight to see. I love seeing how well they take care of those baby's ! It's a must go look ar

I thought going to a puppy store I would have good quality but that is not the case they just buy of breeders and don’t check the puppy I bought from them the bloodwork shows high risk of ivdd so be careful they sell anything

It’s truly heartbreaking to go in and see the puppies sitting in their glass box. Not to mention their boxes have pee and poo in them. I find it terrible that they charge to plays with the puppies. What other source of affection and attention are they getting throughout the day? The women who work there are also unbelievably rude. I understand there are “rules” however the way you tell that to customers matter. Maybe put up a sign of rules rather than yelling at customers! I will NEVER be back here.

I ended up at Puppy Palace on a whim — the line at Chick-fil-A was too long and I had time to kill. It was a few minutes before closing, and I made eye contact with the only puppy who wasn’t sleeping. He was a little French Bulldog, sitting upright in a glass enclosure under fluorescent lights. I hadn’t planned on spending a small fortune that day, but something about him made me feel like I had to get him out of there. I’ve never bought a dog from a pet store before, and the setup was unsettling — each pup isolated in their own clear container, like displays waiting for a buyer. It didn’t feel like a place driven by a love for animals, but more by profit.
