This the best grooming salon I’ve found on the island by far. The Stefanie and her staff are super friendly with me and my pups, I have a large bull mastiff and 2 medium size Wheaton terriers and they all love coming here. It’s generally 1 on 1 which I love so never feels crazy or overwhelming in the store. The owner is very accommodating and flexible love that they added online booking makes appointment making easy when get home late from work. Thank you Pooch Parlor!

I have been grooming my dog here for years and I’ve tried PETCO and petsmart before ( big mistake ) I had to go right back to Joanne. I recently relocate to Rochester ny and tried a couple of groomers up here and it was another disaster, so I decided for my dog I will take the 7 hours trip every other month to Josanne for my Paris because only her can have her dolled up without any cuts, scaring or botched.
