The Pooch Palace

This was our first time taking our dog to the Pooch Palace. We had multiple friends recommend them. We had never left her before so we were hoping it would be a good experience. Susan was so great to work with through the whole process. She sent us pictures and would keep us updated on how she was doing. Knowing she was happy and safe allowed us to enjoy our vacation! Susan also was so good to check on Rosie after she was spayed recently. We always knew she was in good hands! We are so thankful to have a place to leave her where we know she is loved and has a good time!

We love The Pooch Palace! Susan is so great to work with and has taken such good care of of our dog every time we have boarded him there. I appreciate her flexibility and extended drop off/pick up times. Love knowing our Max is in good care when we board him there!

They took great care of my Poppi during the awful storms this April and were very nice people. I highly recommend boarding with them!

Recently, we had to leave our old & very loving furr baby for lengthy boarding. Was referred by another boarder we used that they were full but they recommended trying Pooch Palace. That in itself was a good compliment of their services. After taking dog out there & watching interactions, viewing large, clean, animal friendly facilities...not to mention the owner's obvious love for animals, I was convinced & comfortable leaving my dog there. Prices quite reasonable also. We received constant updates on their behaviour which was an added plus. When we have the need, will be using Pooch Palace again. Refer highly! - PR

Susan was incredibly helpful and caring. This is not like other boarding services where your pet is locked in a cage all day. Susan makes sure all of the animals get lots of love and attention.
