The Pet Wellness Group: Hebron

I have been to this vet many times over the past four months to recieve care for my elderly cat, going through her likely final year. Every visit the staff have been very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Especially considering the sad circumstances. While this office is more limited than their Florence one, they still have plenty of in-house resources and are perfect for frequent visits and check ups. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Pet Wellness and especially Jennifer Bowen are the BEST! I can't recommend them highly enough. They actually care about you and your fur babies!

My husband and I were on a roadtrip when our pup started acting funny. I was unsure if she was anxious or experiencing a serious medical issue. When I reached out and informed them I needed an urgent appointment (as we needed to hit the road for a 15 hour trip back home) they did their best to quickly get us in and provided FANTASTIC service! They listened to what we had to say and instead of brushing us off, they turned every stone to make sure my dog wasn't having a more serious medical issue. They were so gentle and kind with our pup and gave us a thorough explanation of our options to treat her. Dr. Bowman and tge Hebron staff are so kind and professional. Dr. Bowman takes the time to review my dog's prior medical history and uses lab specimens to determine the most appropriate line of care. The staff always follows up the next day to make sure how my dog is tolerating the medications.

Going to Petwellness Group is one of the best decisions we have ever made. The Dr.s and staff are truly spectacular. Anytime we have ever needed anything or called with questions they are happy to help. They try hard to see us asap if we are in need of an appointment. Being able to also get a Saturday appt. is a wonderful option too.
