Jamie, the owner, is so great, she treats you like family when you come in! She has been equally as wonderful from the time I have brought in my pup as a puppy 10 years ago. As a first dog mom, I’ve naturally had many questions and concerns over the years on products to use, etc, and Jamie has been like a big sister on helping me pick out what my dog actually needs for what I would come in for. You don’t get this attention at your big box stores. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into her boutique by the way she treats her customers, and BONUS: the shop is beautifully decorated! They have food, treats, clothing, toys, strollers, accessories, shampoos/skin care products. A one-stop-shop for all your doggie needs!

The owner Jamie has the absolutely best taste ever for pet decor. Its worth a trip there just to shop for pet clothing. Very very smart indeed. The groomers are so good your pet will thank you....they even have a dog You must make time to visit this great pet boutique

We love the treats and accessories and of course a good bath is always appreciated. Molly is 13 and she loves her bath, nails & the attention she receives from all of her friends at the Spa.

Worst Customer Service. Completely unprofessional, I will never give them a penny again. My gf puppy loved the natural beef meatballs treats I had bought for my puppy so I went to have them ship a gift to her in Brooklyn. The older lady behind the counter said they would ship it and email me the shipping information. They NEVER emailed me the tracking and my girlfriend never received the gift. I called back letting them know and they blamed it on UPS and 1st was like your out of luck. I mentioned I never got the tracking they said I get a refund if I went back to the store. I live out of the state so she gave me a partial refund - I asked why she didn’t give me the full amount she said that was fair and I said that was terrible customer service and she then hung up on me. That’s a disgusti
