The Pet Stop of Eastpoint

I took my mini dachshund here for the first time today. They were so sweet and my Phoebe looks so cute!! They were sure to ask me everything I wanted her haircut to be so we were on the same page. Total hack job by the groomer!! They asked multiple questions about how I wanted my dog groomed…and then did the exact opposite!! I asked for half the length and no shaving, especially near her bum. They shaved her belly, bum, and left only 1/2” of hair on her body. - No transparency to tell us the groomer I spoke to was not grooming our dog - No phone call to tell us they were running late (by an hour). It took 3.5 hours. - No phone call to discuss or tell us they were going to shave my dog!

We have been boarding our dogs/cat here for years. They always take excellent care of our critter babies. Highly recommend!

Best place in the area, without a doubt. They take such great care of our Border Collie. Always happy when she gets there and tired when we pick her up. A win for her and us. Grooming is very professional and she always looks great when we pick her up. Thx to the whole staff. You're all the best .
