Jamie has groomed my Mainecoon for over 5 years, she gives her the best lion cut & my cat not only looks/feels incredible but loves Jamie. Jamie communicates so well & I know my cats always in the best care there with her. She goes above & beyond for all the animals there & I would never take her anywhere else! Thankful for this pet salon and Jamie!

The staff is extremely friendly and great with my dogs. You get a detailed 'Report Card' at the end of each visit. Their prices are reasonable, and it is not hard to get an appointment versus so many other pet salons around the Carnegie area.

Well I Was So Heartbroken The First Time I Picked Him Up They Had My Cat There For Three House So About 3:30 I Call And She Said I Was About To Give You A Call We Couldn’t Complete Your Services Today I Won’t Charge You For Today But Your Going To Have To Bring Him Back Next Week When I Got More Staffing So I Took Him Back Today And I’m Not Satisfied With There Service Still It Was His First Haircut And He Is 7 Years Old I Believe They Could Have Done A Better Job Staffing Could Of Been More Friendly And Communicated With Me About What They Offer None of That Before Haircut picture And After

Not only do I love this place, but my two furbabies Hunter and Ellie do also! Everyone here is so nice and they do such an amazing job with them. My furbabies are filled with energy and excitement and I feel bad everytime because they can be a bit much but they love the staff at The Pet Salon. I know they are in good hands when I drop them off.
