The Paw Spaw

Visiting SC with my Maltese. He needed groomed to be cooler and look even more handsome! The Paw Spaw did a beautiful job! And quickly too! I would recommend this place! Very nice people that do very nice work!

**⭐ 1 Star Review** **Unprofessional, Poor Time Management, and a Lack of Care at Paw Spaw** I rarely write reviews, but my experience with **Paw Spaw** was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel it’s necessary to share. I had a 9:00 AM grooming appointment for my Yorkie-Poo, Ty. I received *multiple* reminders from the business stressing the importance of punctuality, arriving on time, and canceling at least a day in advance to avoid fees. I respected all of that. I drove **an hour** to pick up Ty from my mother’s house, arriving promptly at **8:55 AM**. I was told the appointment would take about an hour, so I left and returned at **10:20 AM** to check on the progress. To my shock, they *hadn’t even started* on him yet. I was told to wait for a text or call when he was ready. I

When I saw I have a super spoiled, clingy little rescue dog who needed some extra love for grooming that is an understatement. Brooke and her team not only were super accommodating to my crazy schedule but compassionate, I just moved to the area and was very hesitant to take my little guy to just anyone however from moment I walked in they made me feel like part of the family. Great job with both me and Enzo! He looks great!
